Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. These cancellations MUST be requested by telephone or email (with a minimum notice of 24 business hours) in order to maintain security of your account. Cancellation requests made via social media or other channels will NOT be processed for security reasons. When termination is requested by a subscriber, the current subscription will run its course to the end of the current billing cycle, at which point the subscription would then become inactive and the account cancelled.
